RIDES, ROUTES & RULES


Ride Calendar


Weekday 6 a.m. Wake Up Rides (March-Nov.)

  1. M-F, 6 a.m., approx. 1 hour.

  2. MWF:  No drop, recovery/base training pace
    (MWF are the best place to start for new riders)

  3. T,TH:  Harder pace and/or hill training

  4. Start/finish:  Milton Town Hall

  5. Course Varies (15-20 miles)

  6. Fridays, sometimes the Rte. 109 Route, leaving at 5:30, for 90 minutes


Saturday Group(s) Ride, 6:00 a.m. (March-Nov.)

  1. Start/finish, Milton Town Hall

  2. Course, pace, and time vary.

  3. Always a “no drop” ride, for cyclists of all abilities.

  4. Depending on interest, there usually are other
    training rides of more intensive pace and/or longer distances.

Club Time Trials

This is a great way to test your fitness as you progress through the year, and we encourage everyone to take advantage of the opportunity to ride against the clock, “the race of truth.”  All abilities are welcome. This is not a contest against anyone but your own heart, legs and mind.


8:00 am start time.  Meet at the gas station at the corner of Unquity Road and Canton Ave.
